Maintaining accurate training records and identifying, planning, and conducting required periodic training sessions to maintain 100% compliance with mandated curriculum. Additional tasks are oversight of the Quality Assurance program and managing and conducting table-top drills and any remedial training needs that are identified and the development of new training materials as new needs are identified. The Trainer assists in planning the daily operation of the Security Department or area of responsibility and supervision of personnel assigned. Assists with leading the supervisory team and communicating and enforcing expectations. The incumbent maintains a high level of communication (verbal and written) with the Account Manager, Security Director and Chief of Security.      Responsibilities - Assists with scheduling for employees. Makes assignments to assure that positions are covered and that the Client is being serviced in accordance with their needs.  - Assist with replacing staff due to call offs and time off requested.  - Supervise agents, recommends discipline, and documents employee performance. Provides direction for employee through appropriate communication.  - Make sure documents are complete and correct and places in specific order to comply with established requirements daily.  - Assists with compiling and assigning training and training files.  - Greets employees and assists them in providing high level of Customer Service to clients, passengers, and other employees.  - Follow all safety rules.
